About Dr. Shereen
Dr. Shereen Amria DACM, L.AC.
Shereen received her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science. She is Nationally Board Certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Shereen is also a member of the Georgia Association of Acupuncture and Asian Medicine (GAAAM). She received a B.S. degree in Biology from the College of Charleston, South Carolina, in 2004. After graduating from the College of Charleston, she worked at the Medical University of South Carolina in the Microbiology/Immunology department, and she is currently a coauthor on several published papers.
Dr. Shereen's uses Acupuncture , Nutrition, Herbs, and Medical Qi Gong to help patients reach optimal health and improve their quality of life.
She focuses on treating pain, stress, depression, fertility, digestive disorder, insomnia, detox, improving the body's immune defense, and much more. Another focus is helping oncology patients throughout their journey by reducing cancer treatments' side effects and improving quality of life.She dedicates her experience and knowledge to help those who go through this challenge, and provide the best healthcare outcome for them.
When she's not busy in her clinic, Shereen enjoys walking, hiking, cooking, painting.

" I found Ms. Amria 2 years ago. I was at my wits end feeling useless. I have 7 crushed vertebrae, severe ddd, bulging discs,that cannot be remedied via surgery. I am intolerant to pain meds, spinal cortisone injections, gabapentin and voltaRen produced no relief from pain or numbness or ability to do simple tasks like laundry, dishes, cooking etc. I have not been able to drive and been using a cane for 4 years. I am 55 years old. Chiropractors advised treatment would be risky and only 1 said she would try.
